This one-day class for couples covers a wide range of topics, including the stages of labor, pain management options (such as breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and medical interventions), the birthing process, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Additionally, we address the emotional and physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum, encourage informed decision-making, and foster open communication between partners and healthcare providers.
