A childbirth education class structured to equip expectant parents with knowledge and skill in pregnancy, childbirth & early parenting.

This one-day class for couples covers a wide range of topics, including the stages of labor, pain management options (such as breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and medical interventions), the birthing process, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Additionally, we address the emotional and physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum, encourage informed decision-making, and foster open communication between partners and healthcare providers. By providing a supportive environment, this class aims to empower parents, reduce anxiety, and promote a positive childbirth experience.

Mandy Webb Hancock is a 10-year certified childbirth educator as well as a certified trauma-informed and inclusive doula specializing in birth, postpartum, and bereavement support.
